Refund Policy
We would rather refund someone quickly than argue about it. This page states exactly when you get money back and when you do not.
14-day money-back guarantee
If the service is not right for you, request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment. No explanation is required.
This applies once per customer, to the first payment on your account, for both monthly and annual plans.
After the first 14 days
You may cancel at any time and will not be charged again. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not refund partially used periods. On annual plans we do not refund the remaining months after the 14-day window has passed.
Where a payment was clearly taken in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a charge for a plan you never had access to — we refund it in full regardless of timing.
Work already delivered
A refund does not undo work already applied to your website. Pages, titles, structured data and links produced for you remain yours and stay in place.
If you want changes reverted before you leave, do it from the change log while your account is still active — every change stores its previous value.
When we may decline
We may decline a refund where the account was used to breach the acceptable-use section of our Terms of Service — for example requesting spam techniques or connecting a property you do not control.
We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person or business across multiple accounts.
We do not refund charges you incurred with your own AI provider on plans where you connect your own API keys. That billing is between you and that provider.
How to request one
Email [email protected] from the address on the account, or reply to any invoice. We aim to answer within one business day and to process approved refunds within five business days.
Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional days to show it.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Where those rights are wider than this policy, they apply.
